JAD ALBERT MELKI
Partner
Jad Melki is Managing Partner at Melki & Andraos Law Firm. He has over 20 years of experience in the Middle East of which 10 in the United Arab Emirates. He specializes in banking law, syndicated loans, debt restructuring, bankruptcy, real estate financing, mortgage loans, and security over assets. In the consumer and wealth management realm, he has a vast experience in asset financing, setting up special purpose vehicles, real estate investment trusts, foundations for succession planning, US real estate funds, and equity funds. His expertise covers international custody arrangements and external asset manager propositions in mature jurisdictions such as Switzerland and Jersey.
On investment banking and capital markets, Jad has provided advice to banks on initial public offerings and prepared leverage financing documentation for investors. In the digital realm, he has worked on implementing a digital platform for wealth management and discretionary portfolio management.
Jad 's education and career path is a unique and impressive combination of French and Lebanese law. Jad has an LLB from Saint Joseph University ( Beirut, Lebanon) , a Master's degree in Computer law and an MBA in management from ESA (Ecole Supérieure des Affaires, Beirut).
With a diverse portfolio of clients, Jad has represented companies in various industries, which makes him a valuable asset in navigating local and global legal matters.

As Managing Partner of Melki & Andraos law firm, Said Andraos is a highly skilled attorney with a wealth of experience across multiple areas of law. With extensive expertise in commercial and corporate law, inheritance law, divorce and family law, as well as in real estate and tenancy law, Said brings a comprehensive understanding to every case he handles.
Additionally, Said has successfully represented clients in both national and international cases, utilizing his cross-border legal knowledge to provide tailored solutions for clients with diverse needs. In fact, Said has worked on complex cases involving cross-border debt, conflict of law and international divorces, earning him a reputation as a skilled and trusted legal advisor.
Said has also served as a member of the Beirut Bar Association Monitoring Committee of the Special Tribunal for Lebanon, demonstrating his commitment to upholding the highest standards of legal practice.

Rima Saliba is a highly experienced and accomplished lawyer with expertise in labor, corporate, bankruptcy, administrative and business criminal law.
